Payment & Return Policy
Orders placed on this website should be paid using PayPal. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to use this facility. All payments are processed through PayPal’s secure payments page and at no point during a transaction do we see details of your credit or debit card, or bank account details.
If you do not wish to use PayPal or credit card, you will not be able to order online, but you may place your order by post, telephone or email. In these instances, we are unable to take payment by telephone, and you should pay by an alternative method; Personal Check with Bankers Card, all major Credit/Debit Cards, Bankers Draft or BACS Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full within thirty days. All goods remain the property of wanmor until paid for in full. Accounts that remain outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 2% above the prevailing Bank's base rate on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed $2500. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.
Returned checks will incur a $25 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second Returned check, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future PayPal transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding accounts are recovered in full.
Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If the item you have received is faulty or damaged, please immediately contact our Customer Service team on email and we will process your refund or exchange within 15 days from the delivered date.
Any item purchased from wanmor can be returned
Returned items needs to be in new and unused condition.
Items which have been resized, updated and/or repaired do not qualify.
If for any reason, except the quality problem, you want to reproduce the iteam, your shipping fee will not be refunded.
If you are not completely satisfied with the design or any quality problem, you may return it for refund within 30 days from the delivered date，please note that on all returned and canceled orders of personalized items, a 30% restocking fee will be applied. If you choose shipping by DHL express, the DHL express shipping fee will not be refunded.
Please contact our customer service on email email@example.com to initiate a return, you’ll need to provide your order number, contact details and reason for return. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order, excluding any delivery charges, within 15 business days of receiving your returned item.
